In a world going through a shortage of hand sanitizers, IT’SUGAR is introducing candy-inspired hand sanitizers! But if you want one, it’s going to cost you a pretty penny!

When Guilty Eats saw these adorable hand sanitizers trending online over the weekend, we were all over it! IT’SUGAR is a company that creates all sorts of goodies, all inspired by your favorite candy brands! From bath bombs, giant-size treats, and more, if you can think of it, IT’SUGAR has it! Now, you can add hand sanitizers to the list.

Bath and Body Works may be out of hand sanitizers, and so are most stores, but IT’SUGAR is, at least for the moment, stocked up on these candy hand sanitizers. But the reason may be the price, and not so much the demand.

You can find these hand sanitizers HERE, available in Mike & Ike, Smarties, Dippin’ Dots, and ICEE. They come in packs of four (one of each candy) and are going for $15 a pack, which isn’t terrible. This is about $3.75 each, not including tax or shipping. With little to no other hand sanitizers around, I figured I would order a pack of 4 for myself! That is, until I got to shipping.

After taxes and a whopping shipping cost of $9, I quickly left my cart! Who can justify over $25 on this? And I imagine shipping is even more in some areas. No thanks! Clever and cute idea, though.

Have you found any other products that are also ridiculously priced due to the coronavirus outbreak or are you familiar with IT’SUGAR and know these are their regular prices?
