Despite numerous fast food restaurants shutting down and dining rooms no longer being available, business at McDonald’s is booming. In fact, demand is so high, the fast food joint is limiting its menu.

According to Business Insider, McDonald’s is cutting back on its menu, making some of its items unavailable and slashing down on breakfast hours. The source got word that executives informed their staff that, amid the coronavirus outbreak, these changes should help feed customers at a better speed and quality. Not to mention, help their staff keep up with it all.

For starters, breakfast will no longer be available all day. If you want to stop by for a bite in the morning, you better stop during breakfast hours, no later! Additionally, many menu items will also only be available at certain hours. Some of these items include salads, chicken sandwiches, and tenders.

Instead, the focus will be on customer favorites in order to carry a bigger supply of these to meet demand. This also helps the restaurants and staff keep up with the craziness of it all. A document from McDonald’s obtained by the source writes:

"“Supply has not been an issue for any of our food and paper products currently. This simplified menu is to make it easier in the restaurants during these challenging times.”"

Food menu favorites staying put include McMuffins, McGriddles, and McChicken Biscuits. Let’s hope our favorites are still around! We’ll keep you posted!
