6. Almond

Made with milk chocolate and an almond right in the middle of it, it’s got the same concept as the peanut M&M with the peanut in the middle. However, this flavor to me tastes like the Almond Joy candy bars (minus the classic coconut of course, which is one of my favorites).

It’s hard to explain this flavor besides the obvious: it’s the peanut variety, but with an almond. It does have a more of an earthy, natural taste that’s unlike the peanut variety of M&M’s. It tastes like an even better, elevated version of your classic chocolate covered almonds that you can buy at basically any grocery or convenience store around.

One thing to do with this, would be to make a snack mix. Mix in some peanut M&M’s and other little treats, and you’ve got the perfect party snack to put into bowls that people can mingle and catch up over (how nice).

Also, if you enjoy chocolate with an extra crunch, these are perfect! This M&M isn’t as ‘soft’ to bite into as the peanut variety is, but it still gives you that taste that’s just not so one-dimensional, you know?

Overall, Almond M & M’s deserve a 7.7 out of 10.
