If you’re tired of seeing people bake banana bread while stuck at home, try this banana recipe instead (and blow their minds while you’re at it)!

With people being stuck at home now, many are trying their hand at baking or cooking. A popular, go-to recipe seems to be banana bread (I’m sorry I won’t be trying any because my mom makes the best and nothing will EVER beat it, hands down).

If you like bananas and like to bake with them and find new recipes, then give this recipe a go: Fried Cinnamon Sugar Bananas. It’s the perfect sweet snack that still uses the fruit everyone is obsessed with during quarantine. Let’s take a look!

According to All You Can Eat (who provides this particular recipe), this dish is absolutely amazing and it only takes a few minutes to make! As they stated, it’ll simply “transform boring old bananas into a drool-worthy snack or dessert”.

You don’t need many ingredients to make these, and the ingredients seem like everyone would have these in their kitchen and pantries as a staple. Here are the few ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (set additional aside for dusting on top the bananas at the end)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar (set additional aside for dusting on top the bananas at the end)
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

The ingredients seem pretty simple and straightforward, am I right? Seems easy enough if you ask me! If you have kids at home, this would be something great to get their feet wet in the world of baking and give them something to keep them busy as well!
