2. Zumbo’s Just Desserts

Short Sell: Adriano Zumbo knows how to create masterful desserts that are stunning and unique. And now he wants to challenge amateur cooks and bakers to take the skills they already possess and have them recreate some of his impressive designs.

Zumbo’s Just Desserts is what happens when you take shows like The Great British Baking Show and mash it up with Crazy Delicious and even Nailed It. And yet, every episode there is at least one baker who is able to live up to the whimsy and talent of Zumbo himself.

Netflix description:

"Renowned dessert wizard Adriano Zumbo puts skilled amateur cooks to the test in this tense competition with a $100,000 prize."

1. Nailed It

Short Sell: While Crazy Delicious has talented bakers create whimsical and tasty creations, Nailed It is the exact opposite! Seriously, these home bakers are not nearly as talented with their creations and in this series, that is part of the fun. After all, we want to see their fails more than their wins.

Nailed It wants these bakers to create epic masterpieces that are both edible and as close to the original as possible. Too bad the likelihood of both of those things happening together is actually pretty low. Honestly, we are obsessed with the mess these bakers create in the name of fun and the chance to walk away with $10,000.

Netflix description:

"Home bakers with a terrible track record take a crack at re-creating edible masterpieces for a $10,000 prize. It’s part reality contest, part hot mess."
