5. Pure Leaf Cold Brew Tea: Slightly Sweet Tropical Mango
If you enjoy a hint of mango in your tea, and you’re not a fan of overly sweet teas, then this is definitely the tea of choice. Not only is this tea delicately sweetened, but it is actually quite refreshing, especially when splashed over ice. The Slightly Sweet Tropical Mango Cold Brew Tea was an unexpected delight and one I can’t imagine not enjoying on a hot summer day.
4. Teavana Passion Tango Herbal Tea
For any Starbucks fans out there, you probably already know all about Passion Tango tea, but this Teavana offering also comes in a bottle to make it easier to stock your fridge with! This herbal tea is just the right amount of sweetness to make you feel satisfied without being too much. And the fact that it also packs light fruity notes certainly helps to make this an ultimate tea of summer. Teavana Passion Tango Herbal Tea has been one of my go-to iced tea choices this summer, and once you enjoy an ice cold sip, you’ll definitely understand why.
3. TAZO Organic Iced Green Tea
If you just want a straight green tea that tastes delicious and satisfies those cravings for a lightly sweetened tea, TAZO is the answer. Honestly, I am always excited by what TAZO has to offer us, and this iced green tea is no exception. With the addition of lemongrass, spearmint, and even lemon verbena, this is no ordinary iced tea, this is one that satisfies your desire for crisp flavors. If you’re looking for an iced tea that is lighter in sweetness and even caffeine levels, but still bold in every other way, TAZO Organic Iced Green Tea is the answer.
2. Snapple Peach Tea
Okay, this has been my tea of choice for the last year. Seriously, if I want iced tea, and I am not at home in Texas, then I am reaching for a bottle of Snapple Peach Tea. There is something so satisfying about this particular tea. Not only does it always seem to go down smooth, but it is not too sweet or overpowering. It answers the call when sweet tea isn’t available, and it is works as a quick go-to when everything else is less than satisfying. Snapple is a long standing beverage of choice, and this is no exception.
1. Pure Leaf Sweet Tea
Finally, we can’t have a list of summer iced tea without at least one sweet tea in the mix, and luckily Pure Leaf has a few options for us to choose from, including their latest, which is a Slightly Sweet Cold Brew Sweet Tea. However, I think the straight up Pure Leaf Sweet Tea has to be my go-to right now. Not only is it not too sweet, but it also gives us just the right amount of black tea flavor to make this tea work. It’s chilling perfection in a bottle, and that’s all we can ask for in an iced cold sweet tea.
