Hardee’s goes all in on prime rib with new menu

Hardee’s is introducing a brand new Prime Rib menu

In these times of locally sourced vegetables and every restaurant claiming to be “farm to table” there is something reassuring about the fact Hardee’s is going all-in on prime rib. Almost like they’re saying “The heck with you and your healthy meals. You want dead cow on a bun, come see us. We’ll be waiting.”

As reported by Chewboom, today Hardee’s is introducing a brand new Prime Rib menu that includes three different items. Each makes prime rib the star and should have lovers of meat in all of its forms heading out to grab some pretty quick.

The three new items that make up the Hardee’s Prime Rib menu are the Prime Rib and Cheddar Angus Thickburger, the Prime Rib and Fried Egg Biscuit, and the Prime Rib Burrito.

The Prime Rib and Cheddar Angus Thickburger has a third of a pound Angus Beef topped with sliced prime rib, cheddar cheese sauce and caramelized onions on a toasted bun. Next up, the Prime Rib and Fried Egg Biscuit includes sliced prime rib, Swiss cheese, and fried egg all on a buttermilk biscuit. Finally the Prime Rib Burrito includes sliced prime rib, eggs and shredded cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Pretty much any of those sounds like it would hit the spot on any given day. As mentioned above, the Prime Rib menu is available as of today with a prime rib menu to follow at Hardee’s sister fast food chain Carl’s Jr. very soon.
