These new Eggo Gingerbread Cookie pancakes could start a war

Since the 1950s, Eggos have been the flashpoint in wars between waffle lovers. Where else would the term “L’eggo, my Eggo!” come from? Now, there’s a new version of the infamous Eggo that we can all go grab our weapons of choice and go to war about. They’re called Eggo Gingerbread Cookie pancakes.

We may be exhausted fighting the “Great Eggo Pumpkin Pie Pancake War” before moving on to this one, but the Gingerbread Cookie Eggo looks equally worth fighting over. The new Eggo pancakes are super easy to create.

No need to deal with messy batter to mix, no way! According to Delish, the Gingerbread Cookie Pancakes are already made for you and are ready for you to pop in either the stove or the microwave to heat up.

Then, serve it up and pour your choice of syrup, and watch the other members of your household come out of the woodwork to do battle with you over these delicious pancakes.

This is where you fight to the hunger death over these pancakes. “L’eggo my gingerbread cookie pancake Eggo!”

There will be no need to fight over these pancakes as eight cakes each come in a single box. So while you’re at the store, just pick up a couple of boxes so you can maintain peace in your kingdom.

This is where we have to break your heart. Eggo’s latest breakfast creation will only be available for a limited time only, through the holidays. So don’t wait on getting a box (or three) of these.

Now, there is a chance (albeit, a small one) that the pancakes could become a hit and be available all year long, but it just doesn’t look like it’s in the cards for right now.
