Be one of the Sour Patch Kids for Halloween this year

Have you decided what you’re going to be for Halloween yet? While it might be a different kind of Halloween this year, that doesn’t mean we can’t dress up like usual. Well, if you haven’t picked a costume yet, Sour Patch Kids has a solution for you.

That’s right, you can be a Sour Patch Kid for Halloween! Unfortunately, if you were hoping to be the blue or the orange one, you are out of luck. They only have a costume in the red flavor so that’s the one you’ll have to dress up as.

The costume consists of a red bodysuit with the Sour Patch Kids logo on it and a zipper in the back so you can step into it.

There is also a frightening mask to go over your head. It has the classic bumpy head/hair on the top and there are eyeholes cut out with a mesh overlay on each one. You’ll sort of be able to see where you’re going.

The bodysuit also has mitts built in to cover your hands and it covers your feet with foam-backed shoe covers. They have an elastic band so they should fit your feet no matter your size.

The red Sour Patch Kids costume comes with a bodysuit and mask.

How much do you have to pay to scare the crap out of your friends in this costume, but also be safe since it does cover your mouth and nose? It’s currently $69.99 on the Sour Patch Kids website and comes in small, medium, and large.

I don’t know what vibe Sour Patch Kids was going for, but the photo they posted on Instagram is terrifying. It has creepy, serial-killer vibes all over it. Forget a clown! Imagine someone in this costume chasing you down the street or grabbing you from a sewer grate. No thanks!

If you end up getting this costume for Halloween, you must either hand out Sour Patch Kids to the one or two trick-or-treaters who might be out or eat your weight in the sour gummy candy. Those are just the rules. If you’re going to do it, you have to go all the way.
