Arby’s has brought back its deep-fried turkey just in time for the holidays
As the calendar starts to roll into November, it is now time to see turkey featured items on many menus. Arby’s is giving us that Thanksgiving feeling with three new items featuring November’s favorite protein.
As reported by Chewboom, Arby’s the fast-food restaurant that has the meats for sandwiches has brought back their deep-fried turkey. The new 2020 menu includes a new Thanksgiving-themed addition.
The 2020 Deep Fried Turkey menu includes two sandwiches and a wrap: The Market Fresh Cranberry Deep Fried Turkey Sandwich: This is a bit of a Thanksgiving meal packed between two slices of bread. The sandwich starts with deep-fried turkey breast which of course is the star. Not to be completely outdone, there is also pepper bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a cranberry spread. All of this is packed between thick slices of honey wheat bread.
The new Market Fresh Cranberry Deep Fried Turkey Wrap: Similar to the sandwich, you get deep-fried turkey breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, don’t forget the pepper bacon, and cranberry spread. All of this is rolled into an artisan wrap. It’s the Thanksgiving sandwich for those of us looking to avoid some of the carbs from the bread.
The Deep Fried Turkey Club: This is a returning favorite for Arby’s. Do you want your turkey but do not need the Thanksgiving vibe from your sandwich, then you are in luck. This still features deep-fried turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, mayo, and you still get the tasty pepper bacon. All of this piled in between a toasted star top bun.
Arby’s has included deep-fried turkey on their menu for the last few years
Arby’s has featured deep-fried turkey on their menu since 2017. It is easy to see why it is a popular item for them this time of year because it gives you all of the feels of Thanksgiving leftovers.
Although less common, deep-fried turkey does help create a moist and juicy outcome for your turkey. It is a little more foolproof as long as you watch your timer and keep the oil hot. It is one of my personal favorite turkey preparations to eat.
If you want to enjoy the tastes of Thanksgiving without any of the labor, Arby’s deep-fried turkey menu is only available for a limited time. In previous years, it has lasted through the holiday season at least while supplies lasted. It is a nationwide promotion at participating locations.
