Wendy’s 2 for $5 Meal Deal is back now with more chicken

Wendy’s has decided to bring back their popular 2 for $5 Meal Deal and this time their including the new Classic Chicken Sandwich.

It goes without saying that everyone loves a deal, especially when it comes to food. There is nothing better than rolling through the drive-thru and grabbing a ton of food for what amounts to the change in your pocket. In fact, Wendy’s is counting on it.

The fast food chain has announced that they are bringing back their immensely popular 2 for $5 Meal Deal. For those that need help with the math, that means Wendy’s will give you two items from their Meal Deal menu for the low price of five bucks.

The Meal Deal now includes more chicken!

According to Chewboom, the newest version of the 2 for $5 Meal Deal includes the usual lineup of Wendy’s favorites. You will find the Dave’s Single, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the 10-piece Chicken Nuggets which you can get in the regular or spicy variety.

However, the 2 for $5 now includes the brand new Classic Chicken Sandwich. The Classic Chicken has proven to be a huge hit with fans so adding it to the Meal Deal menu should move it into legendary status fairly quickly.

For those not in the loop, the new Classic Chicken Sandwich includes a premium chicken breast with mayo, tomato, lettuce and pickles all stacked on a warm bun. And just think, you can get one of these and another item for the five crumpled dollar bills in your pocket. The new 2 for $5 Meal Deal menu is obviously only available for a limited time so head to the drive-thru and grab it before it’s gone.
