Have you binge-watched all episodes of Restaurant Impossible on the Food Network already and are craving more? No worries, Robert Irvine will be back before you know it.
At Guilty Eats, we love Restaurant Impossible! When it stopped airing in 2016, we worried it would never return. Lucky for us, it returned in 2019 after a long hiatus. Never watched it? We don’t believe it! You’re missing out!
The premise is simple, yet so entertaining to watch. Audiences watch as chef and restaurateur Robert Irvine takes on failing American restaurants and has two days and a budget of $10,000 to turn things around.

My favorite part is watching Robert study the restaurant and revealing his plan to the owners. Most of the time, the owners are all for it and willing to work, but there have been a few stubborn cases.
When does Restaurant Impossible return?
Rejoice, foodies! The reality show returns to the Food Network this Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, at 8 p.m. Central. Will you be watching?
The new episode is season 17, episode 14, and is titled “Changing with the Times.” Viewers will watch as Robert Irvine travels to Billings, Montana, to attempt to help Don Luis Restaurant’s widowed owner.
The widowed owner is struggling to save her business and hasn’t even been able to properly grieve her loss. Will Robert be able to successfully help the family?
“Changing with the Times” will also feature Robert taking on another restaurant, Perella’s Ristorante in Warren, Rhode Island, where the owner is having a difficult time adjusting to the times.
