Ben & Jerry’s introduces 7 new ice cream flavors

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is iconic for a reason. Their flavors are both fun and delicious. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re socially-conscious, fight for the environment, and work to stop racism. So there could not be any better news than that they’re putting out a new ice cream line with seven new flavors!

The new line is called Topped due to the way each pint is topped with chocolate ganache. Genius! The new flavors included Whiskey Biz, Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel Brownie, Strawberry Topped Tart, Thick Mint, Tiramisu, and PB Over the Top.

The Whiskey Biz starts with brown butter bourbon ice cream and has blonde brownies and whisky caramel swirled throughout. It’s also topped with chocolate ganache and white chocolate chunks. Clearly, Ben & Jerry’s is not playing around.

Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough is just what it sounds like. It begins with chocolate ice cream and then has caramel swirls and chocolate chip cookie dough pieces mixed into it. It’s topped with ganache and caramel cups. Who’s drooling?

PB Over the Top is for all the peanut butter lovers out there. It’s chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirls and peanut butter cups mixed in. The top is chocolate ganache and tiny peanut butter cups.

Salted Caramel Brownie might make you drown in a puddle of your own drool. It begins with their classic vanilla ice cream but they kick it up at least ten notches by adding in salted caramel swirls and fudge brownies. This is also topped with ganache and caramel cups.

Now for the fruit lovers! Strawberry Topped Tart starts with sweet cream ice cream and has strawberry swirls and pie crust pieces mixed in. The chocolate ganache top is sprinkled with candy sprinkles. This is definitely the one I’m grabbing.

The next flavor is Thick Mint. It starts off with mint ice cream. Simple enough, right? Well, then they add in chocolate cookie swirls and mint chocolate chip cookie balls!! This flavor is topped with chocolate cookies and chocolate ganache.

The final flavor is a classic Tiramisu with a twist. This flavor begins with mascarpone ice cream as the base and then has fudge and shortbread pieces swirled into it. The topping on this one might be the most decadent. It’s topped with chocolate ganache and espresso fudge chunks. Yum!

You should be able to find these flavors at most major grocery stores nationwide. These new flavors will cost between $4.99 and &5.49 per pint.

If you’re having a hard day (or a hard year), why not indulge in one of these new ice cream creations from Ben & Jerry’s. I don’t know if they can top themselves after this one (pun intended).
