A new season of the Great British Baking Show might be coming sooner than we all expected. But this time it won’t feature everyday people who happen to be amazing amateur bakers. This season will be filled with celebrities baking!
The Great Celebrity Bake Off will benefit Stand Up For Cancer and is coming to the UK this spring. Hopefully, Netflix picks it up so people in the US (AKA me) can watch it too.

But the most important question here is: who’s participating? The celebrities include Jame McAvoy, Daisy Ridley, Jade Thirlwall, Dame Kelly Holmes, John Bishop, Stacey Dooley, and Tom Allen.
David Baddiel, KSI, Ade Adepitan, Philippa Perry, Nick Grimshaw, Rob Beckett, Alexandra Burke, Anneka Rice, Reece Shearsmith, Dizzee Rascal, Anne-Marie, Nadine Coyle, and Katherine Ryan will also be baking for the cancer charity.
Great British Baking Show is coming back this spring with celebrities
Instead of a one-episode special like we’ve seen before, this will be a whole season of celebrity baking. It will be split into five parts. I don’t know why it’s so enjoyable to watch celebrities do something that they aren’t exactly great at, but it totally is. There is bound to be lots of mess.
As for the hosts and the judges, Noel Fielding won’t be there because he’s spending time with his newborn daughter, but Prue Leith, Paul Hollywood, and Matt Lucas will all be part of this special season of the Great British Baking Show.
