If you are one of the Wawa faithful, then you already know how good their hoagies are. You also know that there are a lot of other options for dinner other then hoagies, such as cheesesteaks, gyros, soup and a menu that pretty much goes on and on.

However, one item that was conspicuously absent were burgers. Wawa has never offered a burger which, when you come to think of it, is pretty weird. Not “I like Sheetz over Wawa” weird, but definitely odd.

Now that has all changed. After a very successful test run in two locations, one in Pennsylvania and another in New Jersey, Wawa has announced that new Angus Burgers will be available for everyone to enjoy nationwide.

According to the foodies over at Chewboom, the new Angus Burgers are part of Wawa’s revamp of their dinner menu. It is the first is what could be numerous new or revamped items they will be adding to stores with the goal to make you rethink that trip to the drive-thru.

Wawa will make your Angus Burger pretty much any way you like it.

The best part of a Wawa Angus Burger is that the ways you can have it made are about as endless as your imagination. Much like their hoagies, you can mix and match toppings to your heart’s content. You pick the cheese, and if you want lettuce or mayo or pickles, then there is what kind of sauce and if you want bacon or not. (It’s an endless game of mix and match.)

Of course, a burger without bacon is just wrong on so many levels, but who are we to judge?

These new Angus Burgers are available starting at 4 PM daily and are available wherever you can find a Wawa. You can get them in-store, via curbside pickup or through the third-party delivery service of your choice.
