St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails to try
Truly has been my go-to hard seltzer time and time again, and their flavors lend themselves well to mixed drinks! This Can o’ Gold Luck will lift your spirits, and maybe it’ll even help you find your own pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!

Truly Can o’ Gold Cocktail ingredients and steps
"8 oz Truly Lemon Iced Tea1 oz citrus vodka1 herb bundle (mint, rosemary, basil tied together with butcher’s twine)3 meyer lemon wheelsPreparation: In a glass add vodka and Truly Lemon Iced Tea. Cover with ice and then garnish meyer lemon wheels and herb bundle."
Roe & Co is my new favorite Irish whiskey. This new contemporary blend pays homage to the whiskey’s of yesteryear, creating a smooth flavor that goes down exceptionally well. I tend to drink my whiskey straight, but their Irish Coffee recipe is the perfect way to start any day (so long as you’re not at work).
Roe & Co Irish Coffee ingredients and steps
"Ingredients:40ml Roe & Co60ml freshly brewed americano coffee10ml porter syrup/sugar syrup15ml fresh lightly whipped creamgrated nutmeg & 3 coffee beansMethod:Heat the Irish coffee glass with boiling water.Once heated empty the water out and add 60ml of freshly brewed hot coffee and in the syrup.Stir lightly.Pour in 40ml of Roe & Co and layer lightly whipped fresh cream on top.Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a light dusting of grated nutmeg."
