Spring has sprung at The Cheesecake Factory and that means we have plenty of new menu items to enjoy including both food and drink choices. And sure we have our favorites when it comes to ordering a meal (Pasta Carbonara or the Miso Salmon come to mind right away), there is something to be said for trying something new.

And in a press email from the Cheesecake Factory we got a chance to check out the newest menu items and let’s just say we are hungry! We are talking about nine new food items joining the menu, and four new beverages. Seriously, we could visit every day for a week and not try everything new on the menu at Cheesecake Factory and for our foodie loving hearts that is actually kind of exciting.

These additions to the already robust menu give us even more to appreciate and choose from. There is definitely something for everyone, and that includes a new item on the weekend brunch menu that is perfect for anyone who loves a late breakfast.

So what exactly did they add to their menu for Spring 2021? Check out the new additions to the Cheesecake Factory menu below and tell us what you think.

The Cheesecake Factory adds 13 new items to their menu

  • Sweet Potato Enchiladas – Take warm corn tortillas and then stuff them with roasted sweet potatoes, onion, roasted poblano peppers and cheese. But it doesn’t end there, as this dish is covered in Marcona-Red Chile Salsa, toasted pepitas, and sour cream. Finally, all of this is served with a side of their cilantro rice and black beans.
  • Pan Roasted Chicken – Chicken lovers will love this new roasted chicken dish featuring half of a chicken that has been deboned and then deglazed in a pan until golden brown. This dish comes with a side of vegetables and mashed potatoes.
  • Korean Fried Chicken – Take crispy chicken and then toss it in a Korean BBQ sauce. Serve it along with rice mixed with kimchi, avocado, edamame, and sesame seeds.
  • French Dip Cheeseburger – This cheeseburger is served on a brioche roll and served with au jus for dipping. Of course, there is also sriracha mayo and grilled onions thrown into the mix just in case you thought this was a simple dish.
  • Classic Italian Trio – Pasta lovers this one’s for you. Not only does this dish have chicken parmigiana, but it also comes with Baked Rigatoni and Fettuccine Alfredo!
  • Baked Rigatoni – Speaking of Baked Rigatoni, that is also a new addition to the menu. Cheesecake Factory’s Baked Rigatoni gives us Rigatoni pasta layered with mozzarella, parmesan, and fontina cheeses. Then the dish is covered in a Chicken Bolognese Sauce that brings it all together for magic in your mouth.
  • Cauliflower Tacos – Take soft corn tortillas and then stuff them with cauliflower that has been fried up and throw in avocado, toasted pepitas, onion, and chipotle. These tacos then come with a side of beans and rice to finish things off.
  • Carolina Grilled Salmon – For this dish, salmon is charbroiled before being glazed in the Cheesecake Factory’s Carolina BBQ sauce. On the side, we get a salad of avocado, corn, cilantro, and zucchini, as well as a side of roasted sweet potatoes.
  • Caramel Apple Pancakes – The final addition to the food side of the menu is our new brunch obsession, the Caramel Apple Pancakes. Only available on Saturday and Sunday, these buttermilk pancakes are topped with glazed pancakes, pecans that have been coated in caramel, and topped with a chantilly cream. And for the pièce de résistance this comes with a maple-butter syrup (this syrup is good enough to drink!).

Then there are the new drinks joining the menu this spring:

  • Grapefruit Cosmopolitan – This is for the grapefruit lovers out there, as this Cosmo comes with Absolut Grapefruit, Aperol, and St-Germain, shaken up before being finished off with fresh lime.
  • Strawberry Infused Margarita – This Margarita is not available at every Cheesecake Factory location, but where available, you get a Strawberry Infused Espolon Tequila, Agave, and Bacardi Lime that is served over ice (better known as on the rocks of course).
  • Key Lime Martini – Key lime pie lovers will love this martini that brings together Bacardi Lime and RumHaven with fresh lime and pineapple.
  • Pineapple Mescal – Take Altos Plata Tequila, mix it with Vida Mezcal, then throw in Agave, Lime and Fresh Pineapple.

Every single new addition to the Cheesecake Factory sounds amazing. And we can’t wait to get our hands on these new items. Which one are you excited to try first?
