Buffalo Wild Wings introduces Buffalo Chicken Tots

During the dark days of the Great Fish Sandwich Wars, many fast-casual chains decided to throw their hat in the ring and add a seafood sandwich to their menu. One of those was Buffalo Wild Wings, even though when you think of the chain, fish isn’t the first thing that comes to mind.

While word was that the sandwich was very good, it hasn’t taken long for Buffalo Wild Wings to remember why people love going to their restaurants. It has to do mostly with chicken, buffalo sauce, and infinite variations thereof.

The latest combination of the two is an appetizer they are calling Buffalo Chicken Tots and once you hear what’s in it, you’ll never want to see another fish sandwich for a good long while.

According to the Buffalo Gals (bonus points if you get the reference kids.) over at Chewboom, their Buffalo Chicken Tots take everything you love about chicken, buffalo sauce, and the greatness that is the potato tot and combine them into a shareable appetizer the likes of which you have never seen.

Buffalo Wild Wings somehow improves on the perfect potato tot.

Buffalo Chicken Tots include a bottom layer of Tots which are then covered with seasoned chicken, buffalo seasoning, blue cheese crumbles, Fresno chilis, yet more buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and then topped off with green onions.

It’s like nachos except you have to eat them with a fork and they make them with glorious tots. Isn’t it a glorious time to be alive?

The new Buffalo Chicken Tots are available now at most Buffalo Wild Wings locations for just over ten bucks for an order.
