Every mistaken the McFlurry spoon for a straw? You’re not alone and McDonald’s wants to offset that embarrassment with a free McFlurry!

We were pretty excited by the news that there was a new McFlurry coming our way – add in the brownie and caramel and you had us sold. But when it comes to trying new things, we sometimes hesitate. But McDonald’s doesn’t want us to hesitate with their latest dessert offering.

So what better way is there to convince us to commit to a new McFlurry flavor than with a deal? In honor of so many of us mistaking the McFlurry spoon for a straw, McDonald’s is offering us up two sweet deals starting May 3 and running until May 9.

What exactly are these deals and how can we get our hands on a free Caramel Brownie McFlurry? I’m glad you asked!

How to get a free Caramel Brownie McFlurry at McDonald’s

In an effort to ease our McFlurry spoon confusion, from May 3 until May 9 customers who place a $15 minimum order for McDelivery can get a free regular size Caramel Brownie McFlurry. That’s right – you don’t even need to leave the house to get your free McFlurry on. Uber Eats will deliver your meal and your free dessert right to your door, making this a win-win situation.

However, that is not the only way to get a free treat. In fact, for one day only on May 4 just place an order for a Caramel Brownie McFlurry in the McDonald’s app and you can pick it up for free with no purchase necessary. That’s right! A completely free dessert just for using their app and going to the restaurant to grab it, “simply scan the offer code in McDonald’s App.”

I don’t know about you but I am excited! Not only will we get a free dessert, but it is a chance to try something new.
