Fritos is kicking off summer with the return of a fan favorite flavor

Fritos has brought back a fan favorite flavor in time for summer 2021 and we could not be happier! After all, this is the ultimate summer flavor.

It probably comes as no surprise that the flavor of Fritos we are talking about is their BBQ flavor. This is a classic flavor that perfectly captures the magic of summer and tastes delicious while doing it.

The Bar-B-Q Fritos features a more subtle flavor than the Chili Cheese (which is a permanent member of the product lineup) and it is less sweet than their Honey BBQ. The Bar-B-Q takes their classic corn chip flavor to the next level and it does it in a way that is a perfect mix of classic corn chip with a hint of something savory.

And it is back!

Fritos once again brings back their classic Bar-B-Q flavor for summer 2021

Available in two sizes – a 3.5 ounce bag for $1.99 or a 9.25 ounce bag for $3.99 – these chips are perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, and even just a snack on the go. And since the flavor screams summer, we are here for adding these to our cookouts as well.

Obviously there are other BBQ flavored snacks in the world of Frito-Lay, such as their Lay’s BBQ and Honey BBQ chips or even their Kettle Cooked Mesquite BBQ Chips, but when it comes to guilty eating we are here for the Fritos Bar-B-Q all the way.

This is absolutely my favorite flavor of all time and I am so thrilled to see it back on store shelves. And if you are like me, then you know now is the time to stock up because once they are gone, who knows if they will be back again to make magic on our taste buds.
