Pizza Hut is taking us back to The Edge with the return of this iconic thin crust pizza

Pizza Hut fans it is time to rejoice the return of a classic thin crust pizza that is all about the toppings. Which pizza you ask? It’s the return of The Edge!

According to a press release from Pizza Hut, just in time for summer 2021, they have decided to bring back one of their more iconic pizzas, especially for those of us who love thin crust! The Edge is a pizza that uses the same dough as the Thin ‘N Crispy pizza, which is a dough they have been using since the pizza chain first opened, and then takes things to the next level.

Described as a “tavern style pizza,” The Edge is cut into 16 squares and features a crust that has distinct crunch, even as the toppings themselves make it all the way to the very tips of the pizza. And while we typically use the crust edges to hold our pizza and eat, thanks to the crispiness of this dough, we don’t have to worry about things being flimsy or falling off our slices.

With the return of Pizza Hut’s The Edge, we are getting four epic pizzas to choose from. So which pizzas are we drooling over and ready to order with abandon?

Pizza Hut is bringing back their iconic The Edge pizza for summer 2021

  • Pepperoni Lover’s – It’s all about the pepperoni with this pizza!
  • The Vegetarian – This pizza gives us classic Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers.
  • The Carnivore – Bring on the meat with this beauty that is loaded to the edge with bacon, Italian sausage, ham, and of course, pepperoni.
  • The Ultimate – When it comes to pizza, there is something about getting it all that we love. And with The Ultimate we get Roma tomatoes, onions, green peppers, Italian sausage, and our beloved pepperoni.

While there may only be four choices when it comes to The Edge, they are all delicious and actually satisfy all of our pizza cravings. When it comes to innovation, sometimes Pizza Hut knows that it is all about going back to the classics.

The Edge will only be around for a limited time, and will cost us around $12.99 each. So what are you waiting for?! It’s time to go to the edge!
