Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns officially has begun, and boy it sure was exciting! This season, for a monumental Season 20, Chef Gordon Ramsay has decided to bring in a bunch of young kids, as the title would suggest, in order to find his new protégé in the end.

Don’t worry Hell’s Kitchen super fans! Nothing different is being done to the show in terms of structure, the people just might look a little younger, that’s all!

How will these chefs do in Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns? Who is already a front-runner?

Here, we’re not going to be going over and picking apart each and every episode. What’s going to happen each week, is we will highlight a chef or two, or maybe even a moment from the episode and just have a little chat about it. Sound fun? Be sure to tune in every week to give us your own thoughts and opinions as well!

Alright….into the good stuff now.

This week, we’ve got two chefs to talk about: Brynn and Antonio, two different chefs that made themselves known for two different reasons.

Let’s start with Brynn. Yeah, she’s the chef who had a panic attack. Look, I get it, but if she was on my fantasy team, I’d have to drop her because she’s a liability.

If you break down and wanna quit night one, then are you really cut out to be here, or did they simply run out of people to add onto Season 20’s cast? I really hope that Brynn proves me wrong because she seems sweet. Sorry, girl.

Next up, let’s chat about Antonio. You know? The guy that was criticizing everyone else’s signature dishes, but then ended up not even getting the best score himself? Yeah, that guy.

For me, he just rubbed me the wrong way. He seems way too overconfident, like he could be the next one to want to fight Chef Gordon Ramsay. While that might make for good TV, it certainly won’t for his chance to win. Change the cockiness, dude, and you’ve got a solid chance at winning. Hmm….

This Week’s Honorable Mention

Kiya (the silent killer chef); she may seem quiet and shy, but don’t sleep on her. She could win it all!
