Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns is nothing short of your typical season of Hell’s Kitchen with more seasoned chefs; there is still your fair share of drama, yelling, screw ups, etc. You name it, the show’s got it, and yes, we absolutely love it all! This week, one of the teams started to crumble. Was it the Red Team? Was it the Blue Team? Was it both teams? Who knows, let’s find out!

Okay, let’s get into this week’s episode….This week, it seemed that both teams had some trouble during dinner service. As per usual, however in the beginning of the episode, the Red Team won the initial luxury challenge, earning themselves a trip in a private plane to various landmarks and destinations, minus Brynn, who was chosen/elected by Steven, to swap for the punishment with; she kinda volunteered herself anyways, therefore making Steven’s decision a bit easier.

The Red Team, during dinner service, was seeming to have just a bit of trouble with communication, which dishes went with what tickets, and what tickets they should be working on in general. All in all, communication is key with anything, but when it comes to being a chef, that is surely a definite must.

Victoria, for the Red Team, seemed to be the root cause of the Red Team’s trouble this week. Quickly bouncing back, the Red Team finished up dinner service; however, both teams were the losing teams, each having to put up two chosen chefs for elimination.

THIS WEEK’S CHOPPING BLOCK NOMINEES: Brynn, Josie, and (ultimately) Victoria (Red) – Alex and Antonio (Blue)

WHO ACTUALLY WENT HOME THIS WEEK: Alex (Blue)

Ultimately, Gordon Ramsay thought that the teams could use a bit of switch up, therefore, here are the changes that he made to both the Red and the Blue Team(s):

  • Victoria – Blue Team
  • Emily – Blue Team
  • Megan – Blue Team
  • Payton – Red Team
  • Sam – Red Team
