Do you love s’mores in the summer? Do you hate all the mess and fuss that goes into making them? Then you need these new treats from Walmart instead.
Inspired by the ooey-gooey treats we know and love, Walmart is giving us two new treats that we can snack on this summer. And considering they are a lot less messy and require absolutely no fire, we are here for these two new treats.
So what exactly does Walmart have in store for our taste buds?
Walmart releases two new sweet treats inspired by classic s’mores
Not only are they giving us a s’mores inspired brownie like treat, but there is also a cookie that gives us all the flavors we know and love from this summer camp offering.
- Marketside Smore’s Buttercreme Frosted Cookies – Starting off with a chocolate chip cookie, these cookies are then topped with a frosting of buttercreme and then sprinkled with graham cracker crumbles. They come in packages of eight and are perfect for a quick snack or a sweet treat. And at just $3.98 for the pack, you are getting a deal on some over the tip cookies (it’s a win-win all around).
- Marketside S’mores Bar – I consider this bar to be like a brownie taken to the next level. But according to the official description of this bar, “Enjoy each bite of these bars that feature indulgent graham crust topped with sweet marshmallow filling, all finished with chocolate ganache drizzle, chocolate chips and crumbled graham.” Basically, this is a next level treat that comes in packages of four for $4.98. It’s s’mores on another level, and it might be our next sweet treat obsession.
When it comes to sweet treats and fresh baked goodness, Walmart and their Marketside offerings continue to deliver. And with this latest innovation, it is all about the magic of s’mores.
Maybe it is just me, but I am beyond excited about this release. Not only are both treats reminiscent of classic s’mores, but they are done in a way that will have us coming back for more.
