There are two individuals responsible for starting Shy Guy Gelato: one who studied and apprenticed in Italy, and one who is a strong leader in the farm-to-table movement of restaurants and gelato joints all over.

For this next joint, I think that this is a name that we are all familiar with: Ben & Jerry’s! From their store-bought frozen treats, to their new doggie delights, there’s certainly nothing lacking from this company here, started by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield themselves!

Ever since he was so used to seeing so many Paleta Shops out and down in Mexico, the founder of La Flor Michoacana, Birzayith “Jimmy” Polania, started this joint to open up and disperse the flavors of such places across the US, especially after noticing that there really were none here in the first place!

Here are some of their frozen delicious offerings and options:
