When it comes to affordable options in the grocery store aisles, Knorr often comes to mind. And that is why they are truly an accessible foodie brand.

But when it comes to their commitment to excellence and accessibility, they have truly taken things to the next level with a partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. We are talking about cooking lessons (I took part in one that was amazing and taught me a whole new way to enjoy the Knorr rice packages) and a chance to teach young people about healthy habits and essential life skills in the kitchen.

For their first lesson, Knorr in partnership with Chef Millie Peartree taught a group of boys and girls how to make a dish called Knorr Teriyaki Chicken & Rice Lettuce Wraps. Sounds delicious right? It was! And it was shockingly easy to make, while also being a more healthy option to dishes like tacos and even a standard chicken teriyaki dish from a restaurant.

Knorr is committed to helping all of us eat better

Before we actually talk about the Knorr Teriyaki Chicken & Rice Lettuce Wraps, I have to point out that on the Knorr website, they have an entire section dedicated to recipes and tips and tricks. Basically, they want to make dinner easier and delicious for all of us. And with a focus on accessibility and making good food, we are here for this. After making even one of their recipes that ended up being and easy, I am convinced.

Now, on to the Lettuce Wraps. In order to make this dish it is actually all about the Knorr Asian Sides Teriyaki Rice, as well as ground chicken, red cabbage, and of course Boston lettuce for the wrap itself. (You can change things up a bit if you want. I did and it was still amazing.)

With a prep time of about 10 minutes and a cook time of approximately 15 minutes, this is a meal that serves four in under 30 minutes. Make it with someone and it will probably end up being done even quicker.
