Many kids are heading back to school and parents are ready to put together fun, but healthy school snacks. We’ve gathered a list of a great variety of lunch and snack ideas both you and your kiddo will love.

The secret to the perfect school lunch is variety! Though your kid may think one single flavor and brand of chips is his favorite, chances are he’ll grow tired of it before you know it. Instead, keep a list of many snacks and lunch packs he loves to rotate.

Need a few ideas? We’ve got several! From new, healthy brands, to fun and unique flavors.

Kid and parent-approved back to school snacks and more

Sana Tortilla Chips

These grain-free tortilla chips are a good source of fiber, and have the classic crunch kids crave (with a subtle saltiness). The vegan chips are made from coconuts and come in the flavors Original, Himalayan Pink Salt, Sea Salt & Vinegar, and Splash of Lime.

Stonyfield Organic

Stonyfield Organic is a favorite in my home! These are great organic yogurts that provide the nutrients our kiddos need. Recommended: Kids Low Fat Strawberry and Vanilla  Yogurt toppers with two Nature’s Path cereal flavors (Choco Chimps + Koala Crisp) . We also love the Smoothies.

Kerrygold Mild Sliced Cheddar Cheese

Want to put together a tasty grilled cheese? Because all kids, no matter how picky, love a grilled cheese. Kerrygold offers great quality, melt-in-your-mouth, buttery cheddar. Cheese and bread is enough flavor for the picky eater at home, but mom and dad can add avocado slices, tomatoes, and more, to theirs!

Applegate Naturals® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

For the best school sandwiches, this Oven Roasted Turkey Breast from Applegate Naturals needs to be your go-to! Bonus: These will be parent’s new favorite for themselves, too!

Ocean Spray’s Growing Goodness

No lunch box is complete without the perfect drink. Now, as a parent, I know that I prefer water over a juice box any day. But Ocean Spray‘s are health conscious and packed with Vitamin C, and made with real fruit juice. Flavors include Cranberry Strawberry Kiwi, Cranberry Cherry Orange, and many more.

Eggoji Waffles

Before the children head to school, set them up with a fun breakfast that’ll have them smiling, Homestyle Eggo Waffles that come in the shape of animated emoji faces.

Kellogg’s Limited Edition Products

Get ready for fall with these spooky limited-edition Addams Family-inspired Kellogg cereals and snacks! I love the Kellogg’s Froot Loops Jumbo Snax and the Pop-Tarts Frosted Spooky Chocolatey Fudge Bites! My kiddo loves these in his lunch box so I can’t wait to surprise him with the Addams Family bags.

Smart Cups

Of all the treats on this list, Smart Cups is the most unique and I was so excited to try them. Here’s a quick snippet about the product:

"“As the World’s First Printed Beverage, Smart Cups is a sustainability-driven technology company with a mission to save our environment and reduce our carbon footprint.”"

Smart Cups offers energy drinks for parents and recently launched Refreshers, kid-friendly drinks packed with vitamins. They come in Strawberry Watermelon and Sour Apple flavors, the latter was my kid’s favorite. They are sweetened with Stevia, have zero sugar and contain Vitamin C and Vitamin D.

All you have to do is add water to the cup and wait for the drink to make itself! These are perfect for rehydrating after school.

Sugar Bowl Bakery

Does you kids lunch box need a sweet treat? Always! We suggest Pumpkin Spice Madeleines and Pumpkin Spice Blondie Duet Bites, from Sugar Bowl Bakery. These aren’t just delicious, but will get the family ready for the fall season.

Which of these lunch and snacks brands will you be checking out for back-to-school lunch? Did we miss out any brands or school snacks you love?
