Dunkin’ takes on Starbucks this Fall with their newest seasonal drink

Pumpkin Spice season has already begun for many companies, but the ultimate pumpkin flavors usually come from two places – Starbucks and Dunkin’. And while Starbucks has really been the driving force of the Pumpkin Spice season with their classic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), and more recently the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, they are not alone in giving us these flavors.

For a while now, Dunkin’ has also offered us their own take on a Pumpkin Spice Latte. And as someone who grew up in Massachusetts, we really do run on Dunkin’, which means this PSL has a special place in my foodie heart. However, for 2021, it seems that they have decided to go all in on the Pumpkin Spice season with a brand new addition to their seasonal drink menu.

In the past I have written about the magic of the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks, but according to Chew Boom, now we can get the Dunkin’ version of this delicious coffee beverage!

Dunkin’ introduces their new Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew on August 18

That’s right, not only is Dunkin’ coming in hot with the Pumpkin flavors for Fall, but they are doing it nice and early for those of us who are all about those Autumnal flavors. So what all can we expect from this seasonal menu?

  • New Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew – Take the Dunkin’ cold brew and then add in a swirl of pumpkin flavor and top with the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam that is then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
  • Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte – If you are not familiar with their take on the PSL, it features vanilla and pumpkin flavors swirled together in a classic iced latte. This drink is then topped with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and a drizzle of caramel.
  • Pumpkin Donut, Pumpkin Muffins, and their Munchkins Donut Hole Treats – Bring on all the flavors of pumpkin with these baked and fried goodies. Think pumpkin cake doughnuts with icing, and a pumpkin muffin that includes a streusel crumb topping.
  • Pumpkin Flavored Coffees – With the return of pumpkin spice season, you can add that pumpkin flavor to any of their drinks on the menu. So why not jazz up a chai latte or even your regular cup of coffee.

As an added bonus, if you really want to give the Dunkin’ Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew a try, from August 18 to September 14, you can snag a medium size while supplies last for just $3. And yes, that $3 medium also includes their Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte.
