If there is one thing we can always count on when it comes Lady M Confections, it is the fact that they know how to deliver decadent desserts. Sometimes, even the thought of a Lady M creation is enough to make our mouths water.

So, is it any surprise that when we learned that there was a new release in the confectionary arsenal, we knew we needed to get our hands (and our forks) on it. The fact that the dessert is also stunning of course adds to our excitement.

The question you may be asking is what is this dessert. Inspired by traditional Filipino flavors, they are giving us a Purple Yam Mille Crêpes Cake. Also known as Ube in the Philippines, this purple yam offering is both sweet and savory in equal measure, giving us a dessert that leaves us all wanting more.

Now, thanks to Lady M, we have a new decadent dessert made with purple yam that takes their classic Mille Crêpes Cake to a whole new level of deliciousness.

Lady M introduces us all to Filipino flavors with the arrival of the Purple Yam Mille Crêpes Cake

Want to know more about this delicious confection? According to the press email we received,

"The Purple Yam Mille Crêpes Cake is a dream for purple yam lovers everywhere. Creamy and sweet purple yam is incorporated into every element of the cake – from the lacy purple yam crepes to the layers of whipped purple yam and cream and purple paste, topped with purple yam crumbles and snow sugar."

If you are anything like me, then the description alone is enough to have you ready to order up an entire cake of purple yam deliciousness. I know I am excited to give this one a try, especially thanks to the addition of the purple yam.
