Friendly’s is adding 3 new dishes to their menu and it’s all about the Aloha
When you think of Friendly’s, you might think of ice cream, milkshakes, and even burgers and melts. (I mean, I know I do!) But this Fall, the restaurant chain wants to change all of that with the help of a little Aloha.
According to a press release from Friendly’s, the chain has decided to add three new menu items that are all about the Aloha for a limited time. But what exactly does this mean?
Well as part of some new additions to their menu, Friendly’s is giving us three Aloha Stir-Fry dishes. And yes, each dish represents a favorite protein of ours – beef, shrimp, and chicken.
We love a good Stir-Fry dish, so we are definitely excited by these new additions to the menu. So what are the three Aloha Stir-Fry dishes exactly?
Friendly’s is adding three new Stir-Fry dishes to their menu this Fall
- Chicken Aloha Stir-Fry – The Chicken Aloha Stir-Fry is giving us pineapple rice in a light sauce with chicken and vegetables, topped with crisp chow mein noodles. It is all about the flavors!
- Shrimp Aloha Stir-Fry – For this Stir-Fry we once again bring together veggies and pineapple rice with delicious shrimp, a light sauce, and of course those crisp chow mein noodles.
- Beef Aloha Stir-Fry – Finally we have the beef dish. And yes, we once again start with the pineapple rice and vegetables in a light sauce. Topped with beef and the crispy chow mein noodles, this dish is another delicious option for us to indulge with this Fall.
As Craig Erlich, the Friendly’s Restaurant CEO, pointed out when this news went live on Sept. 27, “It’s our goal that a favorite meal, surrounded by friends and family, can make a normal day feel like a celebration.”
And as I mentioned, these three dishes are only around for a limited time. These dishes will be available from now until March 13, 2022.
