Thanks to the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits Mix, which we can find at local grocery stores and Walmart, it’s easier than ever to enjoy these cheddary bites of goodness. But with these new recipes we are even more obsessed.

So what are these Cheddar Bay Biscuit recipes we received in a press email from Red Lobster?

New Red Lobster recipes using Cheddar Bay Biscuits make Fall magic happen

The three recipes are for Cheddar Bay Pumpkin Biscuits, Cheddar Bay Pumpkin Donut Bites, and even the Cheddar Bay Apple Pie Sliders. And while all three sound amazing and relatively easy, our favorite of the three is Red Lobster‘s take on a Pumpkin Biscuit.

If you want to whip up a batch of Cheddar Bay Pumpkin Biscuits for yourself, we have you covered with the recipe straight from Red Lobster:

  • 1/4 cup of Cold Water
  • 1 Pouch of the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 cup of Canned Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice and 1/4 teaspoon of the Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 cup of Butter
  • 1/4 cup of Honey

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, stir together the pumpkin pie mix, water, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice, the shredded cheese, and the biscuit mix. Do not over mix, but instead stir until a dough forms.

Scoop the dough into eight to 10 portions on a baking sheet with 2 inches between each biscuit. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until golden brown on the top. Melt the butter in the microwave and then mix in the remaining pumpkin spice and honey until everything is well blended.

Brush the melted butter mix on the top of the fresh baked biscuits. Serve and enjoy.

Honestly, these biscuits are easy to make and delicious. They are a perfect snack and would even make an excellent addition to a Thanksgiving table. But what do you think?
