Make Thanksgiving less stressful with Harry and David

While Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday for food and family and friends, making all that food (or at least ensuring it’s all hot) is easier said than done. A turkey and all the sides are a lot to put in one oven. Figuring out how to cook everything through so it’s all done at the same time makes for a complicated math equation. Why not make it infinitely more simple and buy everything already pre-made from Harry and David?

Let’s start with the Create Your Own Gourmet Turkey Feast! With this, you get the turkey, one appetizer, two sides, and dessert. It’s enough to feed 8-10 people. The sides include dishes like Sundried Tomato Truffle Mac and Cheese, Mexican-Style Street Corn, and Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes. You even get cranberry sauce and gravy to go with everything.

The desserts range from Pumpkin Cheesecake to Apple Galette to Chocolate Decadence Cake. Are you drooling because I definitely am!  The whole meal is $239.99 which yes, is expensive, but if you buy all the ingredients and add in the time it takes you to make everything, you’d probably come close to this price.

Looking for a simple appetizer? The Garlic Basil and Pine Nut Brie en Croute might have you filling up on cheese before you even get to the main event! It’s cheese wrapped in puff pastry. Do I need to say more? It is a little steep though at $59.99.

Not really into turkey (me either)? Instead, Harry & David also has their Beef and Italian Sausage Lasagna Meal. It includes a lasagna (obviously), a loaf of sourdough bread, and a raspberry cheesecake. Yum! It’s currently $119.99.

The Turkey Feast is a little different from the Create Your Own one we talked about before. With this one, you don’t get to pick your sides and dessert. You get a 10-lb turkey, Apple Sausage Stuffing, Creamy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes, a Pumpkin Cheesecake, and cranberry chutney and gravy. It’s a classic Thanksgiving dinner and is $229.99 on the Harry and David website.

More in the mood for a fancier entree? The Stuffed Chateaubriand is worth checking out. It’s 3-lb chateaubriand and stuffed with mushrooms and bacon. It’s currently $129.99.

They also have a Stuffed Pork Crown Roast or a Prime Rib if you want something other than a turkey or need more than just a turkey for a big crowd.

Or maybe you’re more in the mood for ham than turkey? Harry and David has a Ham Dinner as well. it includes 7.5-lb ham with a honey glaze, creamy snap peas with bacon, three-cheese scalloped potatoes, an artichoke, mushroom, and bacon frittata, and a New York-style cheesecake. This comes in at $219.99.

If you have the main event all set but don’t want to have to worry about the side dishes, Harry and David also has a Create Your Own Side Dishes set of 3. You can choose from 16 different side dishes and 7 of them are vegetarian. They range from Parmesan Creamed Spinach to Supreme Twice Baked Potatoes to Cauliflower Risotto. Nothing says Thanksgiving more than making vegetables unhealthy!

If you’re not into pumpkin pie, Harry and David also has a bunch of desserts to choose from including an American-Style Apple Pie and a Raspberry Cheesecake. As much as people like pumpkin pie, there is no way they’re going to turn down one of these.
