Burnt the turkey? Can’t get anything to work? Didn’t want to go all out this year? Then pizza may be the answer this Thanksgiving. So, we have to ask, is Papa John’s open for the holiday this year?
With their new BaconMania lineup on the menu, their recent festive servingware giveaway, and just a menu of pizza magic, you might think that the answer is obvious when it comes to Papa John’s holiday hours. After all, any restaurant who gets ready for Thanksgiving by making sure we have an epic servingware collection must be open on the holiday.
So what exactly is the answer to whether or not Papa John’s will be open on Thanksgiving Day?
Papa John’s is open on Thanksgiving Day
According to the PR rep we spoke to, Papa John’s will be open on Thanksgiving Day, but their is a caveat to that answer. With many locations being franchises, they have the option to close their doors on the holiday. And if they are dealing with staffing issues, they may choose to stay closed on November 25.
If you are hoping to get your hands on their new Triple Bacon Pizza, a Zesty Italian Trio Pizza, a Super Hawaiian Pizza, a Philly Cheesesteak Papadia, or even Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks (to name a few menu items), then you will definitely want to check before heading out. (Of course, if you are anything like us, you are calling ahead anyway to order and go.)
We always recommend double checking with your local stores and restaurants on any holiday because even when corporate locations are open, franchises and smaller stores can be closed or working on a reduced schedule.
