Is there anything better than a plate of hot waffles or pancakes to start a holiday like Thanksgiving? We think not. Which is why we enjoy Waffle House.

At Waffle House, we can get waffles, a plate of eggs, or any number of breakfast dishes all day long. Of course, they don’t just have breakfast foods on the menu, which is another reason we like them.

But beyond their actual menu, which currently features a pecan waffle, their hash brown bowls, the return of their blueberry waffle, and even a bacon angus cheeseburger deluxe, the other thing we like about this restaurant is that in many locations they are open 24 hours.

However, just because we can eat there 24 hours a day and get breakfast whenever we want, that doesn’t necessarily mean that they deliver when it comes to holiday hours. So the big question we have is whether or not they will be open on Thanksgiving Day.

Will Waffle House be open on Thanksgiving Day?

As Country Living reminded us, Waffle House is actually open 365 days. This means that yes, Waffle House will be open on Thanksgiving Day.

And while most Waffle House locations are open 24 hours per day, with the pandemic and worker shortages, you will want to check the hours for your local restaurant and make sure that they are open when you want to go. (That being said, for the most part we expect the restaurants to be open and feeding us all the waffles we could ask for.)

So whether you are looking for breakfast before a long day of Thanksgiving shenanigans and cooking, or you just have no desire to go all out for the holiday, Waffle House has us covered.
