What are McDonald’s and Burger King’s Christmas Eve hours?

On the night before Christmas, the last thing we want to do is cook. After all, we have plenty to do already on December 25 in the kitchen. So this leave us wondering what can we eat on Christmas Eve that we don’t have to cook ourselves? And are either of these choices Burger King and McDonald’s?

Considering all of the more formal meals we get to eat around the holidays, sometimes you just want a true guilty eat. And what is more guilty than fast food? Especially if that fast food comes from either McDonald’s or Burger King.

For us Christmas Eve doesn’t have to mean a big, over the top meal. Sometimes it is a cheeseburger and French fries. And that means we need to know how late we can hit up the drive thru to get our burger and fries (and maybe a milkshake and chicken nuggets too).

So what are the Christmas Eve hours for our two fast food favorites?

Christmas Eve hours for McDonald’s and Burger King in 2021

According to The Holiday Schedule, when it comes to Burger King, they are operating under standard hours. And while we recommend calling ahead in case there are staffing issues, we are pretty happy with this news. But seriously, regular store hours is the kind of news we are excited about.

And then we have McDonald’s. And based on The Holiday Schedule’s information, the fast food chain will be open for their regular business hours. This is good news for those of us who want some French fries, a Big Mac, and some chicken nuggets on Christmas Eve. But of course, we still recommend calling ahead, just in case a restaurant is short staffed and needs to close early.
