Is Trader Joe’s open on Christmas Day 2021?

Whether you need some last minute shopping or you forgot something you need for Christmas dinner, you may be wondering if Trader Joe’s is open on December 25. After all, they are not just our destination for meats, cheeses, and vegetables, but we also hit them up for our sipping needs too (cue the wine!).

Seriously, when it comes to any holiday get together, we need to get our sip on and our snack on. And that is exactly why we are heading to Trader Joe’s, for their Italian Truffle Cheese, Beef en Croute Bites, and even a thing of Cornbread Stuffing.

Basically, we have our shopping list and now we just need to figure out if we can actually get that last minute shopping done. So, that leaves us wondering whether or not Trader Joe’s is open on Christmas Day.

Will Trader Joe’s be open on Christmas Day?

According to Club Trader Joe’s, we are actually out of luck if we forgot to pick something up. Unfortunately for all of us last minute shoppers, Trader Joe’s is in fact closed on Christmas Day.

But, if it is not a holiday specific shopping trip and you can wait until December 26, you are in luck because they are actually open on the day after Christmas, and typically with regular store hours. However, just because they are open on December 26, we still recommend checking with your local store to make sure they are not closing early. (Of course, it is a Sunday, so they could just stick to their normal Sunday hours anyway.)
