If you are a fan of fast food, especially cheap fast food, then there are few things as joyous as the Taco Bell Cravings Menu. Put simply, it is a list of item after item that are not only cheap, but taste amazing at any time of day.
The pinnacle of the Cravings Value Menu though is the $5 Cravings Box. It is literally a box of Taco Bell goodness that will only set you back five bucks. There is no better deal in fast food and with The Bell constantly tweaking the contents, it never gets old or stale.
For example, over the last few months Taco Bell has been testing various new configurations of the $5 Cravings Box is different parts of the country. One of the big hits was the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box because, well, it includes a chalupa. Who doesn’t enjoy a chalupa?
And now according to the Taco Tuesday fans over at Chewboom, the idea did so well that The Bell is taking the $5 Chalupa Cravings box nationwide. That’s right. No matter where you live you can enjoy some chalupa goodness in your life.
What did Taco Bell include in the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box?
For your five bucks, your get a Chalupa Supreme, a Burrito Supreme, a Soft Taco and Cinnamon Twists (because we all need dessert.) as well a medium fountain drink. That’s right. You get all that for just a fiver.
And it gets better. Because Taco Bell doesn’t want all you vegetarians left out, there is a Veggie version as well. It has a Black Bean Chalupa Supreme, a Veggie Burrito Supreme, a Black bean Soft Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a fountain drink.
In case you aren’t good at math, either way that is a mountain of food for just $5. As I said, the best deal in fast food.
As is the case with all good things, the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box is only available for a limited time. But considering how big a hit it already is, I’d bet money it will become a permanent member of the menu sooner rather than later.
