Starbucks is bringing back their Meatless Monday deal in January 2022

In March of 2020, Starbucks first introduced the world to their more comprehensive breakfast menu, featuring the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, their Spinach, Feta, & Egg White Wrap, and even Sous Vide Egg Bites. And following that introduction, the company offered customers a chance to try these menu items with a special deal they called Meatless Monday.

Every Monday for a limited period of time, they would offer a special deal ($2 off of a meatless breakfast sandwich) for customers. At the time, this deal was available only in stores or via the app.

And now, according to Mashed, it seems that in honor of a new year (and the idea of a new you), Starbucks will be bringing back Meatless Monday for every Monday in January. Of course, for the 2022 take on Meatless Monday, there have been a few changes made.

Starbucks is kicking off 2022 with a month of Meatless Monday deals

So what can we expect from the 2022 take on Meatless Monday? Apparently,

"Starbucks is offering $2 off the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich at participating stores in the U.S. for each Monday in the month of January, while supplies last. The deal can be redeemed in-store and through the Starbucks app, and, unlike last year, UberEats customers can get in on the action too with Starbucks Delivery."

Perhaps the biggest change is that the deal is only available on the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. And for anyone who has never had the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, it starts with a ciabatta bun and then has a fried egg, an Impossible sausage patty, and a slice of aged cheddar cheese.

On top of only offering one breakfast item for the new Meatless Monday deal, we are actually pretty excited to see that they are now allowing Uber Eats customers to get in on the deal too!
