It’s never a bad time to enjoy tacos or ice cream. And bringing the two things together in one delicious treat like the Choco Taco does is magical. So is it any wonder that in honor of two very big anniversaries, Taco Bell and Klondike are saying we’ve got you covered Choco Taco fans!
But what does this even mean? In a press email we received on behalf of both Klondike and Taco Bell, we learned that the Choco Taco is returning to Taco Bell menus!
It’s the ultimate comeback, but you know there is a bit of a catch (at least right now). And that catch is that the Choco Taco is not actually getting a nationwide release. This means that you can only get this ice cream taco at 20 locations in Los Angeles and Milwaukee.
The Choco Taco is returning to the Taco Bell menu at 20 locations
Remember when I mentioned anniversaries before? Well the reason these two iconic brands are teaming up again is in honor of Taco Bell’s 60th anniversary and Klondike‘s 100th! And what better way to do that than bringing tacos together? (Seriously, we are as impressed with how old these brands are, as we are with the fact that they are coming together again to make sure we can end our meals of tacos, burritos, and nachos with a Klondike Choco Taco!)
According to Chew Boom, if you are in the area of one of the Taco Bells bringing back this iconic treat and you want to snag one for yourself, it will cost you $2.99 each. But of course, they will only be available while supplies last.
Now I don’t know about you, but I love the iconic Choco Taco! And I love the fact that they are heading back to Taco Bell menus, even if this is for a limited time and only in select locations.
But we want to know what you think. Are you excited for this treat to return to Taco Bell menus? Do you want to see this become a nationwide launch? Should this be a more permanent return? We really want to hear what you think of this partnership.
