The Lenten season is nearly upon us and that means that fast food chains are bringing back their seafood sandwiches. And Arby’s is the latest to not only bring back some fan favorite sandwiches, but also introduce something new to the mix.

As Chew Boom is reporting, not only is Arby’s bringing back the classic Crispy Fish Sandwich and the much-loved King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Sandwich, but for 2022 they also have a new take on the fish sandwich. And that means bringing the heat to the seas!

Introducing the new Spicy Fish Sandwich!

Arby’s adds the Spicy Fish Sandwich to their 2022 seafood sandwich lineup

While we all know and love the Crispy Fish Sandwich, which features shredded lettuce and tartar sauce on a crispy fish fillet, for the Spicy Fish Sandwich they take things to a whole new level. We are talking about elevating the classic by bringing the heat.

According to the description of this new seafood sandwich, we are getting,

"a spicy seasoned crispy fish fillet topped with diced fire-roasted jalapenos, shredded lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce on a toasted sesame bun."

Sounds amazing to us. And of course, it also means that we have more choices when it comes to picking what’s for lunch or dinner on a Friday during Lent.

And if you happened to miss out on the King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Sandwich the last go around, have no fear because it is back in action. Once again, this particular offering gives us,

"a crispy fish fillet with cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce on a toasted King’s Hawaiian Roll."

Both of these fish sandwiches sound delicious. And they offer us a lot of flavor to shake things up in the seafood sandwich arena.
