Have a Jelly Belly Easter!
By Nancy West
With Easter on its way, it means that it’s jelly bean season! While there are plenty of jelly beans on the market, the only ones I eat are made by Jelly Belly. I love their small size and unique flavors. Even if you’re not a big jelly bean eater, now is a great time to get your hands on some. Check out some of the spring products that Jelly Belly is offering this holiday for you to fill your Easter baskets!
Jelly Belly has two Easter-specific holiday themed products. The 4.25 ounce baby carrot bags come filled with either all tangerine flavored jelly beans or the classic spring mix. The HOP 5-flavor gift box comes with Berry Blue, Bubble Gum, Lemon Lime, Sunkist ® Lemon and Mixed Berry Smoothie jelly beans. Each flavor is separated in its own compartment and comes bundled in a decorative plastic box. Either of these would make a great Easter basket addition.
Celebrate Easter with some of Jelly Belly’s seasonal jelly beans!
If you have a vegan in your life, Jelly Belly has them covered too. Put a bag of their assorted gummies in their basket. The flavors of these classic gummies are Green Apple, Berry Blue, Lemon, Orange and Very Cherry and come in either original or sour. By the way, all the regular jelly bean varieties are vegetarian but include the use of beeswax, keeping it out of the vegan space.
After being given the opportunity to sample all of the spring Jelly Belly products, I have to say that my favorite seasonal product is their Spring Mix. The Spring Mix comes in a 7.5 oz. gift bag or a 1 oz. flip top box. I love the pretty pastel colors and the uniquely flavored jelly beans that come in this mix including Island Punch, Piña Colada, Sunkist Pink Grapefruit, Sunkist Lemon, Cantaloupe, and Cotton Candy.
You can celebrate Easter by not only filling baskets with Jelly Belly jelly beans, but you can also create holiday themed treats with them. Recipes for making Bunny Cupcakes, Swirl Bark, Flower Cookie Pops and more are featured on the website. Add one of these festive treats to your holiday dessert menu.
