First up, let’s travel on over to Alabama and Alaska for some early morning deliciousness!

1. Alabama

Breakfast Place: Tacky Jack’s

Featured Dish: Shrimp Omelet

Here over at Tacky Jack’s, they are a seafood-based restaurant and tavern, so if you’re a fish or a seafood lover, then you’re in luck! There are a lot of southern favorite eats like Fried Green Tomato Fries, some classic Louisiana-based flavors like Gator Bites, and a lot of other seafood dishes that are certain to knock your socks off.

Let’s talk about their Shrimp Omelet! They say it the best themselves: “It’s the best on the bayou!”. It’s stuffed to the gills (I can only imagine) with shrimp and cheese; you also get a delicious side of your choice of bread!

Have you tried this delicious morning treat yet? Your thoughts? Let’s hear it!

2. Alaska

Breakfast Place: Cape Fox

Featured Dish: Elk & Reindeer Hash

Over at Cape Fox, they are a resort/hotel with some pretty amazing-seeming restaurants attached to it. All I can say is this: if I was staying here on a vacation, I’d be super happy to have these restaurants right under my nose (almost literally).

Let’s talk about their Elk & Reindeer Hash! I’m sorry, but I just absolutely had to talk about this one here. It’s made with their house-made and made-daily, Elk and Reindeer Sausage (if you end up liking it enough, get some additional links or patties on the side). It’s made with three eggs and also served with some delicious potatoes as well!
