Are you looking for a good for you meal that is quick and easy to make? Have you seen the brand Real Good Foods at your nearest Costco? If the answer is yes to either (or both) of these questions, then this one is for you!

Recently, we were introduced to the brand Real Good Foods, a frozen food company that offers meals that are made with real ingredients. On top of the real ingredients used in these meals, they also offer us products that are grain free, gluten free, and even high in protein. Basically, these meals are really good for us.

But of course, we all know that sometimes those healthy meals don’t always deliver when it comes to the flavor. Except in the case of Real Good Foods. In fact, I was shocked by just how amazing these meals actually were.

Real Good Foods makes it to the freezer section at Costco

Currently, there are three meals available at Costco from Real Good Foods. And those meals are,

  • Three Cheese Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken
  • Grande Chicken Enchiladas with Tomatillo Sauce (This is definitely a must-try meal. It was so flavorful and really delivered on classic enchilada flavors.)
  • Ricotta Cheese Cannelloni with Marinara Sauce (This was another delicious meal, although I admit that I added fresh ricotta to the top of mine because you can never have enough cheese.)

Of course, these are not the only meals that Real Good Foods has to offer, as other amazing meals in their lineup (but not available at Costco at this point) include, the Lemon Chicken Bowl (amazing), the Chicken Lasagna Bowl, Stuffed Chicken with Spinach and Artichoke, and even their Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches. Seriously this is just a small sampling of what they offer.

If you are looking for something new to add to your freezer for a quick and easy meal all week long, then you may want to give Real Good Foods a try.
