Cheez-It introduces new Snap’d Scorchin’ Hot Cheddar flavor

It’s very hard to improve a Cheez-It. It’s a cheesy cracker (what’s better than that?) and comes in a ton of different flavors to fit everyone’s tastes. But Cheez-It is adding another flavor to their line up and this time it’s spicy. Yum!

The new flavor is part of the brand’s Snap’d line. They are bigger than the normal Cheez-It square. More like a chip than a cracker. The line already comes in double cheese, jalapeno jack, white cheddar and bacon, and cheddar sour cream and onion flavors, but now they are adding Scorchin’ Hot Cheddar flavor.

I was lucky enough to get a sample of these and they are so good! They are the perfect thing to have with lunch or for a snack. I can also see them being really good on top of a burger too!

They are definitely spicy so if you don’t like spice, they are not for you. But they are not spicy enough that they’ll burn your taste buds off. Everyone’s spice level is different but for me, these were about a four or a five out of ten. Definitely hot enough to need a glass of water but not enough that you’ll start sweating,

Besides the heat, these also have a bit of garlic in them and that makes them extra flavorful and savory. Cheese, garlic, and spice, what’s better than that?!

The new flavor came out this May and they are available nationwide. But this flavor will only be around for a limited time (only for the summer), so if you’re interested in some spicy cheesy snacks, get them while you can. Hopefully, they bring them back but as for now, once summer is over, they will no longer be on grocery store shelves.
