Target: Will they be open for the Fourth of July 2023?

Happy Fourth of July, Guilty Eaters! We all celebrate for the fireworks and American spirit, but we stay for the hot dogs and BBQ. Because nothing says it’s the Fourth of July quite like a hot dog in one hand and the American flag in another.

Did you forget something to bring to your Fourth party? Many people are taking the day off work to celebrate, which means not all of your go-to locations will be open. And, those that do open today, have different hours of operation. So what about Target? Is Target open today for the Fourth of July?

Don’t feel bad if you thought you were ready to get the party started only to realize you forgot the hot dog buns, it happens to the best of us and these are super busy and stressful times. It also helps that not all grocery stores close. That said, you can count on Target to go grab any last-minute items you may need. Are the hours of operation the same?

We’re so glad Target will be open today. But since grocery stores are essential, and Target counts as one, you can stop on by. Now, every location may differ on hours of operation, it really depends on your state and local area. In most cities, we found that the shopping store will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. today.

What grocery stores are open today for the Fourth of July?

Is there not a Target near you? Here are other grocery stores that do open and follow regular or limited hours of operation on the holuday: Sam’s Club, Aldi, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, and Whole Foods. The only major chain we found is closed in most (if not all) locations, is Costco.
