California Pizza Kitchen has a new seasonal summer menu you’ll want to check out

California Pizza Kitchen (aka CPK) has been serving their “creative California cuisine” for years. The Thai Chicken pizza and California Cobb have always been personal faves! Just last week, the restaurant chain launched their seasonal menu and we think you’ll want to check it out!

The new summer menu is filled with light and seasonal offerings. Despite the restaurant’s name, they serve a lot more than just pizza! The new menu reflects their varied offerings. In a recent press email, the new additions were shared with us:

CPK has a large selection of salads on their menu, with something for everyone. The newest salad is filled with seasonal fruit and looks like a refreshing start to a meal.

California Pizza Kitchen has added seasonal summer menu items that you’ll want to check out!

California Fields Salad: Fresh watermelon, strawberries and baby greens with housemade Champagne vinaigrette, Feta, fresh basil, and California pistachios.

Seafood is always a delicious summer dining choice and CPK has two new dishes to choose from.

Seafood Cioppino: The CPK version of the Italian classic. Blue mussels, calamari, white fish, bay scallops, and shrimp in a white wine tomato broth with fennel, garlic, and fresh basil. Served with grilled baguette.

Salmon with Pan-Roasted Summer Vegetables: North Atlantic salmon roasted on a cedar plank in CPK’s hearth oven. Served with fingerling potatoes, seasonal cherry tomatoes, charred onions, and bell peppers with garlic, capers, red chili, and fresh Italian parsley.

Dessert is always a good idea. Especially if if includes seasonal berries.

Strawberry Shortcake: A delicious shortcake biscuit piled high with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream, and housemade candied lemon zest. Recommended with Vanilla Häagen-Dazs.

CPK has two new Signature Beverages for you to sip on this summer.

Summer Fruit Sangria: A crisp and light blend of Rosé, watermelon and basil-infused Grey Goose Vodka, with fresh strawberries, watermelon, and mint.
