Taco Bell bringing back the Mexican Pizza again

When Taco Bell originally announced that they were pulling the Mexican Pizza from their menu, the outcry was overwhelming. People wanted their favorite menu item to remain as a permanent fixture of the fast food chain.

And yet, even with the public demands, Taco Bell went ahead and pulled the item from the menu. Then they brought back in May of 2022. Unfortunately, they were just not prepared for how excited fans would be. At one point, it was reported that a single Taco Bell location sold about 1,000 Mexican Pizzas in just one day.

So is it any surprise that Taco Bell has decided to once again bring back this fan favorite menu item? I know that we here at Guilty Eats are not surprised.

But when exactly will the Mexican Pizza be popping up on the menu? And will this be a permanent addition to the menu once again?

According to the foodies over at Chew Boom, it seems that the Mexican Pizza will officially make its menu return on September 15! And not only that, but it will apparently be a permanent addition to the menu.

So this means that the fans have won! But we are still a bit worried about how the chain will handle the demand after what happened the last time they brought this iconic menu item back.

Hopefully Taco Bell is ready for their fans to descend on their closest locations to get their hands on this beloved dish. Considering how long it has been since some of us have been able to enjoy one of these Mexican Pizzas, we can’t help but thing that there may be a bit of chaos coming our way on September 15.
