When it comes to sending off your child to college, there are certain things that you may miss out. But with the help of SusieCakes, you can still send them a sweet treat no matter where they are.

Of course, it is not just birthdays and holidays that call for a cake. In fact, what better time to send off a cake to those college students than right now as they head back to school for a whole new year of learning and study?

So what makes these SusieCakes cakes so special? Well there are a lot of things. But one of the things we love the most is that they are made with ingredients that might have been found in grandma’s pantry back in the 1950s. And since these cakes are made like grandma would have, we are truly getting the classics when it comes to the flavors too.

There are two cakes to choose from when it comes to getting a cake delivered to a loved one’s door. One is called the Celebration Cake, which is 6-layer vanilla cake that has confetti bits baked throughout. The second cake is their Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cake (we have yet to try this one, but someday we will get one of these delivered!), which goes all chocolate with both a chocolate buttercream icing and layers of chocolate cake.

Send a SusieCakes cake to a loved one this back-to-school season

Sent in a fully recyclable box with a handwritten card and wrapped in twine, these cakes can be sent to anyone in the country. It will cost $99 to get one of these cakes shipped to your college student, a teacher you love, or anyone else you may want to surprise.

The cakes ship via UPS overnight in order to ensure that when that special someone gets their cake, it arrives fresh and flavorful, just the way we want it.

We love SusieCakes and what they have to offer. And we can only hope they offer a few more sweet treats for delivery next!
