SusieCakes is now shipping Red Velvet Cakes

In May 2022, SusieCakes announced that they were going to be bringing their iconic celebration cakes nationwide with delivery. And now, they are expanding their lineup of cake flavors to include an even more iconic cake flavor.

According to the press email we received on behalf of SusieCakes, starting on September 6 the brand will begin offering Red Velvet Cakes as part of their shipped cakes service. The Southern Red Velvet Cake joins the Old-Fashion Chocolate Cake and the Vanilla Celebration Cake, which are the two flavors that the brand is already offering for delivery.

For people unfamiliar with the brand’s Red Velvet Cake it is a,

"Deep red, moist cake lightly flavored with cocoa, filled & topped with traditional cream cheese frosting."

Red Velvet Cake joins the SusieCakes lineup of shippable cakes

Much like the other cakes that they offer for shipping, customers can choose to have a message written on their cakes and even have a handwritten card included in the box. Each cake comes beautifully wrapped in plastic to protect the cake and then placed in a signature blue cake box with a colorful string to keep the box closed.

The Southern Red Velvet Cake costs $89 shipped and is the perfect way to try something new from SusieCakes, while also spoiling yourself or someone you love.
