We are big fans of all things Omaha Steaks for a lot of reasons. Not only do they always offer amazing cuts of meat and a variety of options that are perfect for any household, but they are always thinking about ways to keep things exciting for their fans. And whether that is a special collection of meats and accompaniments or new cuts of meats, it always feels like they know what we want.

As meat lovers, we are always excited for fresh news from Omaha Steaks and the news of these craft cuts was no exception. We were especially excited about the Flanken-Style Short Ribs. And after getting to try them for ourselves, it was just as amazing as we expected them to be.

With these Short Ribs, we made multiple meals, including using them in a sauce for pasta and even making them broiled in the oven with a homemade Hoisin and garlic based sauce. Basically, we had a lot of fun with the Short Ribs and we would do it all over again because of how perfect these were in a variety of meals.

Of course, these Short Ribs weren’t the only new meat because we also got to try the Bavette and Hanger Steaks. And I have to say that the Bavette Steak was a surprise win for me as it was loaded with flavor and was perfect pan seared and grilled!

No matter what cut of meat you love or what you may be looking for, Omaha Steaks has us covered. And they have us covered just in time for the holidays!
